Designing a compelling product experience for generative AI that communicates the full vision clearly — even before the core product is complete. The challenge was shipping something real and credible that represented where the product is going, without overpromising or building a hollow demo that wouldn't hold up to scrutiny.
The Solution

Shipping a credible product presence before the full build is complete is a legitimate and often underrated strategy. It creates accountability, generates early feedback, and forces clarity on what the product actually is before you build it. I also learned that a landing page is a product in its own right — it deserves the same engineering and design care as the application itself.
